Jeff has been Director of Real Estate for Papa Johns, Rally’s, Vice President of RG Kennedy & Associates and a partner at Cardinal Commercial Real Estate over his 25 year career in real estate. He has focused on landlord representation and worked with major developers including Continental Property, and Ross Development. He has also represented national retailers including Supercuts, Ideal Image, Advance Auto, Dollar General, CVS, Taco Bell in both site acquisition and site disposition.
Jeff believes that listening to his client’s needs, and adapting to the specific goals of each client is paramount to success. No two clients are the same, and therefore each client deserves to be treated with their specific needs in mind. Jeff has thrived for the past 25 years by staying focused on current trends in the market place, networking with developers and other brokers to keep up with new developments, utilizing the most up-to-date marketing and demographic tools available, and most importantly making sure the client receives the attention they deserve.
