Jeff has been a broker since 1989 specializing in retail and restaurant tenant representation/consulting throughout Ohio.
Prior to starting the brokerage & consulting firm, Jeff was the Director of Development for Bruegger’s Bagels, Real Estate Manager for Taco Bell and the Construction/Real Estate Manager for Chem-Lawn Corporation.
Jeff has assisted many franchisees and corporate clients selecting sites in over 28 U.S. cites. His past experience, has given Jeff the ability to understand what retail clients need and deliver in-depth information regarding the market and the site selection process.
